Living History Organization for the Advancement of Foodways
This year, LHOAF will include a series of literature-inspired culinary programs. Education Coordinator, Kasey Ross, has put together complete menus from classic novels such asThe Adventures of Alice in Wonderland, Gone with the Wind, The Great Gatsby, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Christmas Carol. Attendees will taste their way through the past, see cooking demonstrations of unique recipes and even try their own hand at various historical food preparations.
These events are open to the public and current LHOAF members!
