(includes up to 20 copies and $3.00 in postage. After that, regular copies .25 ea., Microfilm copies .50 ea., addn'l shipping/handling)

**We will not continue unless you authorize us to do so. We will notify you if we believe further research is needed to address your request. Alternatively, if we feel that further research would not be productive, we will advise you even if you have authorized us to proceed.
