First Friday at the Somerset Historical Center with the Hickory Bottom Band
Join us on Friday, August 7th from 4:30pm - 9:00pm for a relaxing evening on the lawn with delicious food and great music. Some covered seating is provided, but guests may feel free to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets. To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States, parking and admission are FREE for this event. Family friendly games will be available to play at your leisure.
The set will be opened by John Larimer of White Horse. Musical entertainment for the evening will be provided by the Hickory Bottom Band.
Food available for purchase from Rosalinda Express, Stempora Catering and Concessions, and the Somerset Historical Society Concessions.
Scheduled for the first Friday of the summer months of June, July, and August, First Fridays are a relaxing evening filled with music and food from local vendors. First Fridays are sponsored by the Historical and Genealogical Society of Somerset County. Admission is free with a parking fee. Proceeds benefit the Historical and Genealogical Society of Somerset County.
